        ♦ The Arkaines are a sentient anthropomorphic species that are distinguished by their unique crystals and magical abilities.
        You may not make your own without permission.

        ♦ The Forums are where the Prism Realm lies. Here you can play the Arkaine ARPG, an art/literature/roleplaying game where you earn XP to level up
        your character, explore the vast world, and much more.

        ♦ The Discord is where you can find other Arkaines to collaborate with and befriend, as well as participate in Arena fighter matches and mage duels.


OUR GOAL

        ♦ Our goal for each and every person who joins this species is that they will be inspired to create in their preferred way, whether it be art or literature,
        collaborative or solo, and use this as an outlet for personal growth & creativity.

        ♦ The Prism Realm is a world for you to escape into. Your imagination is an important tool for guiding your Arkaine.
        We encourage you to include interesting elements into the art and literature you create that features your crystal-canines.

        ♦ We encourage kindness, peace, and a pleasant environment within the community. Please treat others how you would like to be treated.

SPECIES RULES

        ♦ The only way to get an Arkaine is to…
                → Purchase an original Arkaine design from Blytz or a Guest Artist
                → Purchase or be gifted a Registered Arkaine design by the design’s current owner

        ♦ All Arkaine owners are expected to be 18+ years. If we find out that you are underage, you will be permanently banned from the Discord and the Forum.

        ♦ Arkaines may not have more than 1 owner. Co-owning a design is prohibited.

        ♦ You are allowed to own as many Arkaine designs as you wish, and you can use these characters anywhere, but
        you must follow Species Rules & Species Guidelines at all times.

        ♦ Any literature/art containing even hints of incest, child pornography, or beastiality is absolutely prohibited.
        Your characters are your own and we cannot dictate what kind of vile situations you put them in, however posting/submitting any literature or art containing this
        will result in an instant permanent ban from both the forum and the discord group. Gore is fine.

        ♦ Actively attempting to find a way around existing rules is considered a kickable or bannable offense.

        ♦ DEATH: You are absolutely allowed to kill off your Arkaine at any point, but this is a permanent decision, so please do not take it lightly.
        If you do decide to kill off your Arkaine, you can still use the design (minus all arkaine abilities/lore/features) and you cannot claim them as an Arkaine.
        At this point, they will simply be a canine with crystals.

        ♦ DESIGN EDITING: Editing your design is acceptable, as long as small things are changed such as eye color, hair color, or accessories.
        Rarities cannot be added or changed. 

        ♦ REDESIGN: Redesigning your Arkaine is possible. To be able to redesign your Arkaine, you can craft a Redesign Potion or pay a fee to the species owner.
        When redesigning your Arkaine, you can change every color of your design, and you cannot change or add Rarities. 

        ♦ SELLING YOUR DESIGN: When Selling an Arkaine design, you must make sure that the buyer is aware of the Species Rules (this thread) & Species Guidelines.
        To finalize an Arkaine transfer, you must make a Arkaine Owner Transfer request in the Arkaine Masterlist on the forum, OR message a Staff member on discord.
        Your buyer must first fill out an application to join the group. 

        ♦ BUYING A DESIGN: When buying a design, you must make sure that the Arkaine has been Registered or is an adoptable made by Blytz or a guest artist.
        Arkaines that are not registered may be fake or owned by someone who has been banned, rendering it not a true Arkaine anymore.
        Please fill out this application BEFORE finalizing a purchase of an Arkaine design, and wait until Arkaine Staff contact you.

GENERAL DISCORD & FORUM RULES

        ♦ We take harassment and bullying seriously within this community. If you are having issues with someone, please DM a Staff member on Discord ASAP.
        Depending on the severity of the situation, harassing and/or bullying someone can get you permanently banned.

        ♦ If you are posting something that is NSFW in your Registry, link it, and in bold letters next to the link, tag it as NSFW.
        If you are posting something that is NSFW in Discord, do it in the appropriate channels. Art & Literature that is considered NSFW is not allowed to be submitted
        for Activities, only XP. If you do not do this, you may be kicked.

        ♦ Dishonesty, carelessness for others, and inability to honor agreements regarding sales can get you temporarily kicked from the Discord & Forum, or even
        permanently banned from the Species as a whole.

        ♦ You may not use any art/images from the Arkaine Forum on any other site than the Forum.

        ♦ If you are kicked, you may rejoin the Discord group in 24hours. If Staff has given you a Temporary Suspension, this timeline may be longer.
        During this time you may not submit for Activities.

        ♦ If you are banned, you must treat your Arkaine design as a death, and you cannot participate in anything canon.
        You will be permanently banned from the Forum & Discord.

        ♦ Blatant disrespect, harassment, abuse, or blocking of any Staff member will not be tolerated.
        Staff is here on their own account everyday to make the Arkaine experience run smoothly for everyone. They are public servants, and they do not deserve abuse.
        Any kind of abuse will not be tolerated. What Staff says, goes.

        ♦ If you see Staff have made a mistake on something, please DM one directly and point out the issue.

        ♦ Always credit any resources or art you post.
