Government: The government of the Prism Realm can be considered a Theocracy, a government lead on the faith of their Gods. The government is made up if an interwoven connection of Adventurer, Merchant, Mage, and Fighter guilds within each biome. The council who oversee these guilds, the Prism Council, oversee all government business within the realm.

    ♦ The Prism Guard is a guild of fighters who are paid to work for the Prism Temple in each city to keep the city streets safe.
    The Prism Guard will detain those who have violated the Arkin Code, and await further instruction from either a Warrior of Balance Official
    or a High Priest in a temple, who has direct contact with a Prism Council official.

    ♦ The Prism Council is a deliberate assembly composed of 7 elected officials from each biome, usually with the Prism Prime assuming the responsibility of two biomes (not including water/mountain/crystal). Each of these elected officials oversee the well-being of the area of the Realm they represent, including uncivilized areas, Tribes (although many tribes tend to keep to themselves), Villages, and Cities. Council members are each expected to care for their assigned biome(s) to the best of their ability. This includes making sure that all cities are safe and clean, conducting research on the biomes, managing the Prism Realm Banks and Markets within their biome, and much more. If anything at all threatens the well-being of the Prism Realm, or individual biomes, the Prism Council will assemble and decide what to do about the matter together. Each of these council members are in charge of four personal guilds of Merchants, Adventurers, Fighters, and Mages. Usually, these guilds are called upon for realm research, and to deal with any issues the Council may be struggling with. The Prism Council also serves as both jury and judge for important matters/trials. Because Arkaine value knowledge very much within society, each of the Council members are expected to conduct some sort of research within their biome at all time, and publish these findings in the Prism Realm Temple library in Asari with the help of Jannice. 

♦ To be eligible for an elected position, one must possess the blood of Valontras (black blood). One must also have multiple areas of expertise (Level 15), and be at least 250 years old. After an Arkaine is elected (through voting at the nearest Prism Temple), the previous Prism Council will decide which new official will be in charge of what biome. An Arkaine does not need to be from a biome to be chosen to be the head of it, but they must have lived at least 50 or more years there. 

            ♦ One of these elected officials is the Prism Prime. To be eligible for this position, one must finish a Balance Voyage of both a Fighter, and of a Mage,
            and have a very strong connection with the Gods. The Prism Prime is the head of both the Realm as a whole, and the Prism Council.
            They live within the Asari Prism Temple, and oversee it as well as the Starfell Arena. They also are in charge of the Asari Gilded Guard,
            as well as the general Prism Guard that resides in all cities. The Prism Prime sits along side of the rest of the Prism Council during meetings,
            but their vote counts as 3, while everyone else’s counts as 1. 

            ♦ Two of these elected officials are dubbed the High Moon Priestess (must be female) and the High Sun Priest (must be male).
            To be eligible for these positions, they both must have completed a Balance Voyage of their perspective roles.
            Both the Sun Priest and the Moon Priestess oversee specialty mage training and the Balance Voyage that a mage must take to become
            a Sun/Moon Priest/Priestess, among their other duties.

                        ♦ The High Moon Priestess lives in and is in charge of the Ancient Moon Temple (Mooncrest Temple) on Mooncrest Island.

                        ♦ The High Sun Priest lives in and is in charge of the Ancient Sun Temple (Sunkeep Temple) on Sunkeep Island.
                        ♦ They both oversee the care and upkeep of their perspective Temples, nearby ruins, islands, and biomes surrounding such. 

                        ♦ Both the Sun Priest and the Moon Priestess are in charge of a spread of mages who reside within the temple with them, or nearby. 

                            ♦ 2 Priests: Mages who have taken all their studies in the mage classes, and completed a Balance Voyage. 

                            ♦ 8 Templars: Mages who have taken studies in the fighter Class. They train at the Temple, and protect it carefully. 

                            ♦ 12 Keepers: Mages who study in the temple and help with the upkeep.

Prism Realm Laws & The Arkin Code

These truths that are documented within this are for the safety and prosperity of all Arkaines. These codes have been approved by the original Prism Prime and Council with amendments added in the future. All Arkaines are bound to follow these laws lest they be judged by their peers and the gods above.
